Meeting and training facilities
By holding your meetings and training at VCAS, you help us support hundreds of voluntary and community organisations in Sunderland. In return, we offer all our customers high standards of service, first-class facilities and real value for money.
Located in the heart of Sunderland city centre, only five minutes’ walk from the Metro Station, we offer meeting and training rooms to suit up to 30 delegates. We also offer a refreshment s and catering service, which offers a superb variety of menus with options to suit all dietary requirements.
Our facilities are available for hire: week day times, all year round.

Printing facilities
We offer a very reasonably priced, professional photocopying and printing service. Prices for the types of printing services are as follows:
- Black & White printing on A4 white paper – 5p per page
- Black & White printing on A3 white paper – 10p per page
- Colour printing on A4 white paper – 12p per page
- Colour printing on A3 white paper – 17p per page
Insert service
All of our ebulletins reach over 560 inboxes and all publications reach over 250 voluntary and community organisations. Our newsletters are sent out bi-monthly and members receive exclusive funding newsletters six times a year.
We offer an:
- Advertisement service - integrating an advertisement into the body of our newsletter or ebulletin
- Flyer insert service - inserting a flyer in with a scheduled VCAS newsletter
- Mail distribution service - labels only
