This practical workshop explores the key legal issues and areas of fundraising law that funding advisers and voluntary and community sector organisations need to be aware of when seeking and securing funding from various sources. It will provide participants with knowledge of some of the legal issues related to the sector.

This session will investigate how organisations manage change and will highlight some of the techniques you can use to facilitate a smooth transition.
